Founding offer for three small Northern Virginia assisted living homes
30-Day Resident Growth Plan

How much is an open bed costing your assisted living home?

We help small, independent Northern Virginia assisted living homes build a clearer system to reach more families, grow local referrals, improve tours, and follow up better.

Built for independent homes with about 4–20 beds and at least one open bed. No promise of a set number of residents or move-ins.

One system. Three jobs.

The Resident Growth System

This is not just an ad plan. We look at the full path from an open bed to a family choosing your home.

01

GET FOUND

Help more qualified families and local referral sources learn about your home.

02

GET CHOSEN

Improve what happens from the first family call through the tour and follow-up.

03

GET BETTER

Practice hard family talks and track what is actually leading to tours and move-ins.

The hidden problem

Why good homes can still have open beds

Great care alone does not make sure families find the home, understand its value, or stay connected long enough to make a choice.

  • Not enough local families know the home exists.
  • The home depends on only one or two referral sources.
  • Online information does not clearly show why the home is different.
  • Family inquiries are not followed up with the same way every time.
  • Tours show the building but do not answer the family's biggest fears.
  • Staff are uncomfortable talking about price or hard family concerns.
  • Families say, “We need to think about it,” and the next step is not clear.
  • Nobody tracks which sources actually lead to residents.
How the 30 days work

Six phases to build a stronger path to new residents

1

Find the Growth Gaps

We review open beds, current referrals, family calls, tours, follow-up, marketing, and where families may be getting lost.

You receive: Resident Growth Audit

2

Create the Resident Acquisition Engine

We review your website, Google presence, reviews, nearby homes, family message, and local ways to reach more qualified families. We help start the most important actions during the 30 days.

You receive: 12-Month Resident Marketing Roadmap

3

Build the Referral Network

We identify useful local relationship opportunities such as placement professionals, home health companies, elder-law professionals, senior-serving groups, community partners, and other appropriate sources.

You receive: Local Referral Partner List + outreach messages + follow-up system

4

Turn More Inquiries Into Tours and Move-Ins

We improve how family calls are handled, the questions your team asks, how tours work, how your home explains its value, and how undecided families are followed up with.

You receive: Family Inquiry Call Guide + Tour Process + Family Follow-Up System

5

Practice the Hard Conversations

We create realistic AI practice talks around price, safety, guilt, staying at home, family disagreement, and other concerns your team hears from real families.

You receive: Custom Family Conversation Practice Scenarios

6

Track What Is Working

We build a simple tracker for inquiries, referral sources, tours, follow-ups, deposits, move-ins, and open beds so your team can see what is producing results.

You receive: Resident Growth Tracker

“We have seen the senior living decision from the family’s side.”
Why ElderCare Elite?

We understand the choice families are trying to make

ElderCare Elite began on the senior-placement side of the elder-care market. We worked directly with a family choosing care, visited residential assisted living homes, and built relationships with doctors, home health companies, and other senior-care professionals.

That work taught us something important: getting a family interested is not enough. Families compare cost, trust, safety, location, care, staying at home, private caregivers, other homes, and the opinions of other family members.

That is why this plan looks at the full family decision path—not just advertising.

Is your home a fit?

Built for small homes that have open beds and want a clearer growth system.

  • You run an independent assisted living home with about 4–20 beds.
  • You currently have at least one open bed.
  • You want a more organized way to bring in residents.
  • You want stronger local referral relationships.
  • You want to improve family calls, tours, and follow-up.
  • You are willing to give us the information needed to build the system.
Clear expectations

What we do—and what we do not promise

We build the system.

We find the main growth gaps, build the marketing and referral plan, improve the family path, create practice tools, and build the tracking system.

We help start the work.

During the 30 days, we help your team begin the highest-priority actions instead of handing you a plan and walking away.

We do not promise a set number of move-ins.

A family's choice depends on care needs, price, timing, location, available beds, the home itself, and the family's own situation.

Questions owners may ask

Frequently asked questions

Is this a marketing agency?

No. Marketing is one part of the plan. We also look at referral relationships, family calls, tours, follow-up, staff practice, and tracking.

Do you guarantee that my open beds will be filled?

No. We do not guarantee a set number of residents, tours, inquiries, deposits, or move-ins. We do guarantee delivery of the agreed parts of your 30-day implementation.

Do you run paid ads for us?

Paid ad management is not included in the founding 30-day offer. We will review the best ways to reach families and build a 12-month marketing roadmap. If paid ads make sense later, that can be considered separately.

Who is this for?

The founding offer is for small, independent Northern Virginia assisted living homes with about 4–20 beds and at least one open bed.

What happens first?

We start with a Resident Growth Review. We look at your open beds, current referral sources, family calls, tours, follow-up, and what you have already tried. If the plan is not a strong fit, we will tell you.

The next step

Start with a Resident Growth Review

We will look at your open beds, where residents currently come from, what you have tried, and where families may be getting lost.

If we do not believe the 30-Day Resident Growth Plan is a strong fit for your home, we will tell you that too.
